Automated restore testing every 2 weeks
Backups are no good if they are not tested. We run scheduled restore verification jobs every two weeks and report the results, because confidence only comes from proof.
Error remediation & incident response
When a backup fails, we investigate the root cause, fix the error, and rerun the job. If a wider incident is involved, we coordinate recovery and keep you informed.
Immutable Australian storage
Data is stored in local Australian datacenters — with Sydney data in Equinix SY5 — and automatically copied to separate immutable storage arrays with object-lock protection.
